Hi Lee, I have heard of your duplicate email messages happening before. I also notice you say, "One of my accounts" which tells me you may also be "synchronizing" in OE. Try this and see if it eliminates it. Go to Tools>Options>General and uncheck the "When starting, Go directly to my inbox ." Uncheck that and see if that eliminates it. Roger
