Greetings from Brighton Beach A friend is ussing windows XP home edition and IE browswer (version 6.0.2600), whenever he saves a picture, it saves as untitled and in bmp form. What might be the cause of that and how might it be fixed so it saves as a JPG with whatever name is should have.
