Apparently this is a known bug. If you tell your friend to go to http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;810978 he'll find the info he needs to fix it.
Take care, Lisa Carter A friend is using windows XP home edition and IE browser (version 6.0.2600), He writes to me saying that whenever he saves a picture, it saves as untitled and in bmp form. Now I don't have Windows XP, I don't use IE as my default browser, and I don't have this problem, so if the question makes no sense, I'll give him "you know what". What might be the cause of that "problem" and how might it be fixed so it saves as a JPG with whatever name is should have ...
