Mike I can't receive your posts probably due to your IP address. To give any definite answer, you're going to have to post what motherboard this is and the exact CPU being used and its bus speed. This is the determining factor for what will work. If you're using it together now, mixed, then it obviously will work and the mobo & CPU will support either one. -Clint
