What I like about MSN's toolbar (Not sure if changed in the current build), I like the fact the notification of a popup being blocked is out of the PC Speaker, not the Sterio Speakers which may by on/off/muted/too low...

Please note MSN uses some quality improvment that reports back to Microsoft/MSN ***BUT*** You are asked durring setup AND neither yes or no are selected as default so you have to choose one before continuing.

Another one that my have popup blocking is http://toolbar.aol.com

I don't have any problem with the Google ToolBar, I do use
its popup feature, don't need another program running on my
computer, and one can opt out or in on the "spyware"
features (I let them know where I am surfing, don't have
anything to hide).

I recommend it.
