Hi Richard, No problem connecting or viewing using RoadRunner in Minneapolis and Internet Explorer. Could not get Firefox or Mozilla to work got the page but no video or sound. As to the problem: have you tried a Trace Route to see where the problem lies? My guess is ComCast is blocking the port 30 maybe switch to a higher port number like 6000 or something as a test. Good quality picture. What brand of camera /server are you using?
