We are assisting a local non-profit organization in bring their website administration in-house. We're not sure of the technical level of the staff, as of yet.
We are looking for an easy to use HTML editor (preferably free or cheap) that an average computer user (office secretary or administrator) can use to keep certain website pages up to date. I'm thinking that Front Page would probably be way too complicated! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
