If its not complicated, I found that Netscape Composer (Free) does a very nice job and seems to be readable in both Netscape and IE. You can download a free copy from the Netscape site. If you do install, use the custom so that you can eliminate most of the AOL type junk that it wants to install. I have some pages listed at the end of this mail that were made with NS (the family pages are almost all made with NS or modified with it [thumbnail arrangements and labeling]) and the lead page for the genealogy page was done with NS.
