You may also have to try to right click the file and "open with" then select
the program you want. Sometimes you have to do that FIRST before, or
sometimes SECOND after you go into File Types under Folder Options. Windows
HATES to turn over its default program handling and can be very stubborn when
trying to change it. So it sometimes takes more than one step, and sometimes
in DIFFERENT orders.

You don't say which operating system. You also don't say what type of image
file it is. I'll assume it's a jpg file since Mozilla opened it. I would
go to Paint Shop Pro preferences and change the file association there and
see if that doesn't assign the correct icon. If it doesn't and you have
WinXP , in explorer you can go to Tools/Folder Option/File Types and scroll
down to jpg. Click on advanced and you will see a change icon button. To
find a PSP icon just point the program to the PSP exe file and it will pick
it up. This also might work with earlier MS operating systems but I don't
have one anymore to try it on.
