I would try this: click on the icon, click on "Properties" and then
the "Change" button. This will open up a menu of all of the possible programs
you can use to associate this icon with. Pick the one you want, if it's there
(sometimes it's not, in which case, I don't know what to tell you), and click
on that one. Within a few seconds that icon, and (sadly?) all others that are
the same icon type, will be changed to the new icon type. Anyone have any
idea how to change JUST the one icon rather than the entire fleet?
