As to how it gets there, I'm sure the hits will explain that. But I've mentioned before that all it takes is **one** parasite website to do it. I believe you read all your email in plain text format, but switch to HTML if ever needed. It also only takes **one** HTML email from the wrong place to do it. It doesn't have to be PU banners or a*ds that do it, the malware code can be embedded and you never see it happening.
