Thanks Vern. Is everything enabled on SpywareBlaster, and is
this on SP2?

I updated spybot and ran it. Then enabled the immunize zone.
Then I
downloaded the SpywareBlaster and loaded it. I'm not seeing any
odd bars on
my screen.

Good luck.

I was able to get rid of this bar, but ONLY ONE TIME. I
disabled SpyBot's "Immunization" area, and disabled
SpywareBlaster. That bar then went away, so it was one of them
causing it. I then tried to duplicate it and to narrow down
which program and exactly which PART of the program was doing
it, but I never could get rid of it again and it's apparently
back permanently. Could someone on SP2 with that area of
SpyBot and SpywareBlaster enabled PLEASE check this on your PC?
