You may have some luck with Dr. Watson.
Go to Start/Run. Enter drwatson-an icon will appear in the system tray
(Looks like a profile of Einstein).
When the error occurs, drwatson will run-this will take several seconds.
Click on the 'details" button and let us know what file name is involved. If
you restart, you'll have to run drwatson again, unless you put it in the
startup group.

Everything is working fine on and off the internet. I can restart the
