No Wally, it's a .vbs file and all you do is click it and it 
will show a popup stating whether or not the PC on which you 
ran it is USB 2.0 capable.  Now it MIGHT only run on XP, that I 
don't know.

starting with HKLM\System\......etc.
Interesting that "HKEY_LOCAL\MACHINE"
can be replaced with "HKLM" when searching for a Key
in the registry.

I decided to search the registry for the final part
of the file search Key,  "\USB\ROOT_HUB20" and did
not find it.    I did find the Key
"HKLM\System\ControlSet001\Enum\USB\ROOT_HUB"

So I guess that I do not have  USB 2.0 ports.
