Yeah that first line pretty much explains it, so I installed it and it worked. For anyone else that has this problem, the file is called InstMsiA.exe . You can get it from http://tinyurl.com/3ha9 and the actual download link is http://tinyurl.com/dwj . (I used these type links since the actual URL's won't be clickable in an email).
