He did all that already.  :-)  It was 85% w/o AVG and ZA, and 
nothing else was running.

There's no harm in doing this as long as you're not connected

AVG7_CC --- that is the Control Center
AVG7_AMSVR --- that is the Updater
AVG7_EMC --- that is the Email Scanner
