When I run it I all I get is the box asking me if I want to send an error
report to MS.
If I go to win\system32\restore\rstrui.exe I get the same response.
If I go to control panel, system and click on Restore tab I get
window\system32\shell32.dll,control_rundll error and
window\system32\sysdm.cpl,system error
I went to services.msg and turned the restore point off and back on with no
change. It says it is started in there.
