Hi. Two of you answered me but your emails have disappeared. I could read them, but then I couldn't find them. Clint, I tried soft mode and it was just as bad. I even figured how to use the Restore System and tried to restore it to May 1 and June 1. It wouldn't restore. I have run my spyware snooper (I think that's the name of it.......I can't read the symbols under the icon!) and all seems to be ok. I ran my Norton Antivirus 2005 and it found no viruses. Someone suggested that there was something wrong with my fonts. That sounds like maybe what is wrong. What can I do about that. I also called my cable (Adelphia) and got a long message about a virus and saying they would have it fixed. I called a friend who has Adelphia and she received one email with that peculiar language but that was all, so I'm not sure it is the cable. I am going to Florida for a few days and when I return, I sure hope I have a lot of suggestions from you all. My printer also prints that language except when I make a screen copy of something and then print it. It prints ok that way. Thanks a million. Ann
