Right click on "my computer" and chose explore... Once this window is open , click tools...folder options...view...(click the checkbox to) show hidden files and folders. You will not see those folders unless you unhide where they live. Next drill down to c:\documents and settings\administrator\local settings\temporary internet files\content.ie (assuming it is the administrator/admin profile) After you have clicked the plus sign to expose all the folders beneath, you can right click the folders and select delete to get rid of them. Keep in mind tho, anything saved in them (those files you mentioned) will be gone unless you save them or copy them to somewhere else. I regularly delete those folders, and they recreate themselves (don't delete the content ie folder itself, just the subfolders that have the 8 number and letter character names) don't forget to rehide your hidden folders and files when you are done...
