No I did nothing in safe mode and that was not in the instructions. Do
you mean run the removal tool in safe mode?

There's many other methods of removal if NAV's still won't
work. Just do a search for Vundo removal and you'll see
them.

I have scanned with Spy-bot and Ad-Aware SE. They have removed

items. She also has Norton Internet Security enabled.
It takes for ever to restart or shut down.
