For Internet Explorer (IE), an easy way is to open IE, and left click on File | Import and Export. Open the wizard and select Export Favorites. The result is a single file in Netscape format which you can import easily. If you have a great many Favorites, the storage space required by this method is substantially less than saving the favorites directly since Microsoft uses an individual file for each Favorite.
