Recently I formatted a computer and loaded windows XP. Without loading
anything into the computer except for the drivers. I found that my computer
was very slow. When I press Ctrl Alt Del keys I found that task Manager cpu
usage was 100% all the time. Can anyone tell me why ?Could it be Boot sector
virus ?How Can I solve the problem ?Computer is pentium 4 2.66 256 RAM.
