after the latest updates in the puredata git repository ("0.45.0test"), the
automake build-system is broken, since files have been removed from the
source-tree.
the attached patchset fixes this (so Pd can be build with automake again), and
it also adds new files (mostly help-patches) to its "install" and "dist"
targets.
(hmm, seems i cannot attach multiple files at once, so i created a tgz; there
are 3 patches in there: 0001 fixes the broken build system (and adds the new
help-patches), 0002 and 0003 make sure that the *other* buildsystem is included
in the tarballs created by "make dist")
