after the latest updates in the puredata git repository ("0.45.0test"), the automake build-system is broken, since files have been removed from the source-tree.the attached patchset fixes this (so Pd can be build with automake again), and it also adds new files (mostly help-patches) to its "install" and "dist" targets.
as of today's master (c19e7c4), build is still failing here at `./configure` with the following error:
