[PD-dev] a simple way for a GUI object to capture mouse hovering

I see that Pd changes its cursor to a straight up arrow when hovering with
yout mouse over an object that takes clicks.

Is there a simple way for a GUI object to know if it's being hovered by a
mouse?

I;m working on a GUI and it can also also show number values in different
modes, I wonder if I can make it show a number when the mouse is on top of
it.
