Derek: Due to the fact of being my aproach to pd such a recent one I
surely don´t feel myself as a good starting point to make a tutorial,
but after the experiences I will try these days I could do my best to
share them with whoever wants to get involved in the midi tutorial
project (if we could name it in order to give it life), maybe in a week
or two. Should I send my draft notes to you personally or send it here
in the list following this same subject heading?

trigger anything. The ctlin, as Andrew suggested, did work for one of
my controllers, but you could also try pgmin, midiin, notein etc.
As a sidenote, I just found out, that if you connect two different
controllers at the same time, the second one will be added 16 to it's
channel number.
