In fact, it's not a bug.

$TS_GROUP_RPM and $TS_GROUP_DPKG: are already translated strings.
It's "Group" and "Section"

It permit just to change the ":" part. 

For instance, in french typo, you put a space between a word and ":"
(as "Il fait beau : je vais sortir")

Usually, we have strings like "Section:"
 But in this case, it's we need in some case to have "Section"
 translated, and in other case "Section:"
We translate "Section:" by reusing the translation of "Section".


ps: add [EMAIL PROTECTED] in Cc:, my domain name is now hosted by another 
server and the DNS need 48h to be updated on the whole www.
