Summary: output per package can be outdated (dpkg only)

Original Submission: Apparently, some package information maybe completely
outdated with debian.

For instance, you run pdbv with exim (version 4.01). You update to version 4.10.
Since the comparison is made by the name and the version is not in the name,
pdbv doesnt know that it must update the file exim.html

The better way to fix this is to have something similar to rpm: having version
in the package filename.

Since I have no proposal to fix this without increasing heavily the execution
for now, I propose to release the 1.2.2 without fixing it. This bug also affect
the 1.2.1.

Anyway, it's boring, but pdbv remains usable. Also, despite the fact that 1.2.2
will remain buggy for debian, it will be bug-free for rpm (unlike 1.2.1)

So the 1.2.2 should be release today.
