I tried what you suggested below and the ct portion of the Tiff/it
converts but it ignores the lw. Any thoughts?

Also do you know what would cause a pdf to look low res in Acrobat 5 and
the same pdf to look better in Acrobat 6? The PDF is 150 dpi created for
proofing.
