I'm Yang, from China. I have more than 3 years C experience and I
developed flash player in 2006-2007. Now I'm developing telecommunication
software in Nokia Siemens Networks.I want to contribute to this project.Now
I'm reading pdf spec and I want to start with the task
FS#73 - DCT Filters Implementation . But I don't know if it's suitable as a
start point. I'll appreciate your suggestion.
The writing of the DCT filters is a good point to start.
