What I am doing is to send out a form that has a submit button. That
button sends the form (with form fields) to an Active Server Page (ASP)
on the web. It is very easy to extract the data from it there. All it
requires is some javascript I the form and nothing more than the free
reader on the client's machine.

Have you checked out Acrobat 6?? I'm not sure if this is only a feature
of
Professional but you can send a form for review...Otherwise look at my
system called formGenie...People can come to your website and just fill
out
the form and it will be emailed to you...

Hey guys I need some advice. I want to create a PDF form that I can
email
to people and have them fill out and send back. What is the best way to
do
this? I can create the entire form using text boxes and radio buttons
but I
am not sure how to save or export the form so that a user can then fill
it
out. Also, will they be able to save the form and send it back if they
don't have a Writer? Then once I receive the form back I want to be able
to
convert the variables and values to a text file. Can this system of
sending
a form, receiving a filled out form back, and then writing to a text
file be
done?

Thanks
