Acrobat, in its infinited wisdom, RENAMES all my FORM fields to some random string when I import a web page. I dunno who thought this was a "Good Idea"... Ah well. Adobe Tech Support said it was "expected behavior" and suggested I look for a third-party tool to preserver NAME attributes. So here I am. Thanks.
