we use cardiff teleforms with the pdf form add on. Very easy to make a pdf form from scratch but can scan one in and use some tools to create from scanned image. I cann't say how easy that tool is as we redesigned all our forms. If you save a document as PDF, you lose the form fields. Not very useful. I've used it in the past with limited success. A lot depends on the state of the original form and the fonts/logos/boxes etc used on the form. THere will alsways be some sort of touch required but you don't have to start from scratch. The company I work for usually just prints the form, and fills it out by hand. Is there any tool I can use that will automatically recognize portions of the pdf file where form fields Should be? Basically, I need something that will scan the document, recognize the portions of the document where interactive form fields will go (i.e. boxes, lines, radio buttons etc...) and make them interactive. I am desparate to find this software if it exists. I have been searching the web for over a week now with no luck. thanks -caleb To change your subscription: http://www.pdfzone.com/discussions/lists-pdfforms.html ________________________________________________________________ Sent via the the WebMail system To change your subscription: http://www.pdfzone.com/discussions/lists-pdfforms.html To change your subscription: http://www.pdfzone.com/discussions/lists-pdfforms.html To change your subscription: http://www.pdfzone.com/discussions/lists-pdfforms.html
