Hi,
I am designing a form to be used for verifying peoples' identity for digital certificates. The form already has fields for name, nationality, e-mail, signature date, etc. The only thing missing is the ability for the person filling out the form to *insert a photo-ID scan*.
Here's how I would like it to work:
1. click in predefined area where photo ID will be placed.
2. file selection dialog appears (This is where I'm stumped). :(
3. user selectes his/her photo ID scan file (preferably *any* size).
4. image is inserted into PDF file at predefined size and location.
Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
PS. If anyone needs to see the PDF file, just let me know. I can attach it to a response. It is about 70k in size (too big for this list?).
