[PDF-Forms] Print Form Fields only extra help

OK, I have a PDF that I need to print the “Form Fields” only.  I used the tip on the PDFZone website, and now need some “extra” help.   Since I have the background “form” as a type button when ever you have “mouse over” on the form you can actually push the mouse button and then it is locked and I can’t fill in any form fields after that.  Anyone run into this problem? When I choose File -> Print and then print my form it clears the form.  Is there anyway to turn this off?   Thanks! Mark
