I have learned how to have a background color appear on the field but not print, so I can designate for my users the fields they are to fill out. Is there a way to make the color somewhat translucent so they can still see the lines behind the fields? My forms have to have lines so that those that won’t fill them out on line can use them. In order to get the form field to print in a multiline box but on the pre drawn lies is to have the field be a bit larger so if I have a color background it covers the name of the field. Making the color lighter doesn’t help because it is still opaque. I tried changing the saturation but that did not help. Thanks for any help. Gayle Graham
