Mark,
Try right-clicking on the selected text (or control-click on the Mac). Anyway, get the context popup menu. It has a "Create Artifact" choice. I'm not sure exactly what it is supposed to do, but when I select text and "create artifact," I can then take the OBJECT touch-up tool to it and move it around.

Hi, List
Just looking for a quick fix (if it exists).
I've got a form that needs some very minor adjustments to a couple of static text objects. Specifically, some headings are a little too low to allow the new fill font size to fit properly underneath them.
I've done it in the past - just click on the static text and a little
box forms around it - then I can move, delete, etc. This form, however,
has these little headings as part of a huge static text object including
text from other parts of the page. Is there any way to break this large
grouping up so I can move specific parts, not the whole thing?
When I use the "TouchUp Text" tool, I get the little box around only the
piece of text in question. The problem is that I seem only to be able
to move horizontally, not vertically (which I need).
Is there a way to do this in Acrobat or will I have to do the work on the original FRAP, then convert, etc.....?
Thanks,
