[PDF-Forms] Do You Have Experience With A Forms Solution?

Hi List   I'd like to tap into your collective experience. Have any of you purchased, developed, or used a form workflow system? My company is interested aquiring or developing a system what will allow users to fill out a form, route it to other users for processing, then once completed and finalized, electronically distribute it to other users.   Some of our requirements, (or desires) are: 1. Must be able to have required fields 2. Need ability to do database lookups of existing databases so users can reference existing correct information when completing their form 3. Ability for simultaneous review and approval of the same form by two individual users. 4. Want forms to be searchable at any point in the workflow 5. Shared "in-boxes" so multiple users can go to one place to find their forms 5. Ability of system to email a notification that a form has arrived for processing; also email alerts that a form has sat for X amount of time without user action 6. Mac and PC compatible 7.
