Thanks for the info.  I've had a few other people email me telling me the same.  I'll 
have to work on some different written instructions for Mac users.  I figured as much, 
but now the instructions will have to be a little longer to compensate for the 
'Mac-factor.'  At least I can check what platform they're running on via an Adobe 
JavaScript.  That should help.

Yes, on Mac OS it's in the Finder Edit menu, but it's not available 
from Reader/Acrobat...
