Tim, Dov Isaacs is correct. You should go for a composite PDF. The best integration between MS Publisher and a Graphic Workflow is - in my view (my comment is biased; I wrote the software) - the 'Chameleon CMYK PDF Creator' product available at PDF Store at: http://www.pdfstore.com/details.asp?ProdID=633. 'Chameleon CMYK PDF Creator' makes on-the-fly CMYK PDF conversion of MS Word, Excel and Publisher documents with a single button click in Windows and needs no other add-ons than good old Distiller set-up with 'Press' job options. I have a new customer coming on board and they use publisher which I never have had to deal with. I am mainly concerned about file size. The final output will be for newspaper web printing 35 lb stock. I am quite familiar with setting up Pagemaker and Quark for this but just need some help with Publisher.
