Here's something that I've not had a need for in the past but it's got me stumped. I want to create a PDF with a coloured background on screen but that doesn't print (amongst other things, to save ink). I can't find an obvious way to do it - the closest that I've come is to create a 'Visible but doesn't print' form field but I can't get it appear behind the text.
