Steve, Do I understand correctly that you have a PDF with different transitions assigned to each page and that you want the transitions to function when not in Full Screen mode? If this is the case I assume you have added the transitions with pdfMarks. Transitions were originally designed to work in Full Screen mode. Full Screen mode automatically changes the page view to Single Page mode when it is activated. You may need to set the Open Option for your PDF to open in Single Page mode.
