I've just joined this list specifically to address this issue since I've been unsuccessful with other resources.
My company has a spreadsheet online with links to about 50 .pdf documents. They are not accessible from any other source. Although they worked fine for users a few months ago, now the documents open for some users and not for others. An IE screen comes up with the correct address and says 'Done' in the lower left corner, but the screen is blank.
If the user copies the address, brings up IE again and pastes the address, the document comes up. We've looked carefully at Reader versions but there seems to be no consistent pattern there.
Any ideas???
