Hi Julie, In theory, prepress should be able to grayscale the images within the pdf using the object touch-up tool, which will then automatically launch photoshop (if they've chosen Photoshop as their image editor). The text can then be edited (text attributes), and the colours can be changed accordingly. Hope this helps!
