I've just begun using Acrobat and my concerns at the moment are those of a beginner, so please pardon what may seem like dumb questions.

First, rotation. Is there any way to rotate an
image in increments smaller than one degree? That
would seem a basic sort of capability to have, but I
haven't been able to find a way to do it. Some of
the pages I'm working with are just a hair or two
off true -- a one-degree shift is too large.

Second, quality. Is there a way to start with a
very-high-quality PDF and work down to an acceptable
size, comparing the results as you go? I'm scanning
at very high quality, and the result is very
pleasing, but the size is much to too large (55MG so
far, for only 4 pages). I'd like to have a tool
like ImageReady, in which you have a quick side-by-
side comparison to which you can make changes in
memory and view the results as you go. Is anything
        like that possible in Acrobat?

Thanks very much for any pointers anyone might have
        time to offer.
