Adobe Reader 6.0 (free download from Adobe) has a "snapshot tool" built in that will 
capture and paste to the clipboard any portion of a PDF  page.  You could  utilize an 
additional utility such as PDF-SnapShot http://www.pdfstore.com/details.asp?ProdID=680 
 that will automatically grab the clipboard image and convert it into a PDF file 
itself.
