Oh wait, I see what you are saying - the FINAL thing you are printing is to the same printer, but what I am saying is something completely different.
I meant CREATE the .ps file using the HP1150C driver that gives you beautiful results from the original, distill THAT, then you create the correct settings throughout the postscript and pdf.
