[PDF] Generate PDF online

Hi to all, just to ask you if you know of a software that can convert HTML, MS Word, JPG....etc in to PDF automatically. Idea is that web server would get request to convert such a document in to PDF and send it to whoever by e-mail?! thank you all, Aleksandar Sakota P.S. I need the cheapest solution, as my budget is very low!
