I find Acrobat 6 to be MUCH more intuitive and logically laid out in terms of UI than any previous version!
Now, I agree, that for existing users there is a definitely learning curve as to where things have moved to from previous versions - but the new locations are (mostly) better for new users just coming to Acrobat.
As an Acrobat trainer (since version 3), I totally agree.
