I hope y'all can help me, my IT guy wasn't in yesterday and may not be there today. Starting Friday, when I tried to open some pdf's, I recieved the message (don't have the exact wording here) that they were temporary files and could not be opened. They weren't. I re-booted, was able to open a few, then the same message. I looked in my trash & there were 2 'recoved files from....', trashed them & that seemed to allow me to continue working. Then yesterday, the same thing kept happening. This time there were no recoved files. Each time I would have to re-boot only to have to re-boot after working a short while. I didn't seem to be having trouble with any other app's, just Acrobat 5. I'm running OS 9.2. I re-built my desktop, checked my connections, checked my Acrobat memory. While our IT guy is a dear man, he is one the verge of retiring & sometimes just has no interest in finding out what the heck is really going on, so even if he's there today, I probably won't get an answer. Does this sound like an Acrobat or OS problem? Any direction would be so greatly appriciated. Thanks, Jackie To change your subscription: http://www.pdfzone.com/discussions/lists-pdf.html
